Michael’s Way
Michael’s Way was founded in 2002 by Chris McElwee to honor the memory of his brother, Michael, who lost his battle with leukemia at age 25. Michael’s Way supports children with pediatric cancer by paying their non-medical bills—like rent, utilities, and transportation, which can drain up to 40% of a family’s income. The organization has provided over $12M+ in assistance.
